At Earnify Merch, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are printed on demand, which means they are custom-made for you when you place an order. Below is our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges:

1. Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide a clear photo of the issue along with your order number, and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item or design, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
Custom items with user-uploaded designs, unless they arrive defective.

2. Returns

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind).
Incorrect sizes if the size ordered matches the size received. Please refer to our sizing charts before placing an order.

If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges since all items are made to order. If your item meets the criteria for a refund or replacement, we will process it accordingly.

4. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

To request a refund, replacement, or report an issue, follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery via contact form.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s).
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping for Replacements

We will cover shipping costs for replacements due to defects, damage, or incorrect items.
If a refund is issued, shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Processing Time

Refunds and replacements are processed once your request has been approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
